Cut-throat shaves, steam rooms and facials...Pre-wedding activities at SpaQ Barbershop Sydney

Last week I was asked to accompany and document this group of fine gentlemen on a little pre-wedding activity at SpaQ in Sydney which involved steam rooms, massages, facials and cut throat shaves. I must say, it looked awesome and I am thinking i will be heading here in a few months with my groomsmen for the same treatment before the wedding!

SpaQ is rather new and is next to Sydney State Theatre in an amazing looking building, very easy to walk past though. There is a restaurant, cafe, bar, spa, barbershop and hotel rooms. The decor from what I saw inside was awesome and I think i will be visiting here for a cheeky beverage in the evening, or breakfast and of course a shave and trim!

Luke the French barber is an extremely nice guy, very laid back and very chilled and very good with a straight blade. The girls in the spa all looked after the boys and the service all around was of extremely high quality!

if you are looking for a trim and a seriously smooth shave, check out the Babershop at SpaQ on Market Street!

Wedding in the Royal National Park (Wattle Forest & Audley)

A lot of people say don't mix work with friends, and sometimes its true, and others its far from the truth.  I have known Elle for around 10 years now through my sister and when her and Mick came to me asking about doing their wedding photos, I had no hesitation at all.

Elle and Mick are both just awesome people, so nice, so friendly and a lot of fun! And their wedding reflected their personalities perfectly! Bright colours, stunning location and talk about attention to detail! Perfect! And not to mention Elles stunning coral dress (first time i have seen a bride in a colour and i loved it!)

The day went perfectly, the weather was sunny, the temperature was perfect and there were smiles all around! Here are just a few snaps from their amazing big day!
